Mt Eden 575 Doctors Ltd aims to provide a high quality, professional and confidential service for all patients at all times. If you have any concerns or complaints about any aspect of the service or treatment you have received from us, we would really like to know as soon as possible. Most concerns and complaints can be resolved quickly by talking to your GP or our Practice Manager.

If you make a complaint to us we will:

  • Explain our complaint process and your rights as a patient

  • Advise you of actions we propose to take and final outcomes
